AI usage on Practice & Studio is fair-use, generous, and metered per coach — heavy generation never costs your clients a thing.

Do you take a cut of my revenue? +
No. You pay a flat per-coach fee and keep 100% of what you charge. The only processing cost is Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, which goes to Stripe — not to us. Marketplace sales are the one exception: a small creator fee applies, and you keep the rest.
Are there limits on the AI? +
AI coaching is included on Practice and Studio with a generous fair-use allowance per coach — enough to generate sessions daily and chat with the assistant freely. It's built on Anthropic's Claude, augments you rather than replacing you, and every generated plan lands as an editable draft you approve.
Which wearables and health platforms sync? +
Apple Health (HealthKit) and Google Health Connect, plus Fitbit, Garmin, WHOOP and Oura. Steps, heart rate, sleep stages, active calories, HRV and recovery scores flow in automatically on every plan, including the free athlete app.
Can I export my data and clients? +
Always. You own your client data and can export everything — programs, logs, measurements, payments — at any time, in open formats. We're GDPR-compliant and we never sit between you and your roster. More on security →
What happens after the 14-day trial? +
Nothing automatic. We don't ask for a card to start. When the trial ends you choose a plan, or drop to the free Starter tier and keep up to 5 clients. No data is deleted.
Can my clients use it for free? +
Yes. The athlete app — including AI assistant, wearables, nutrition and progress — is always free for your clients. No per-client fees, no ads, no upsells shown to them.
Is there an annual discount? +
